The application itself is fine and easy to use and has a variety of options. But unfortunately you can't order most of the time because they're busy, or yoy can prepare an order for tomorrow but with different prices normally higher ones! and the customer service is not helpful at all and they take around an hour to reply with the message that the app gave you in the first place!! Not the worst experience but definitely not what expected.

An excellent local app with a variety of products, but it comes after an extremely long time and you never know when is it coming exactly. It is never specific about when the delivery is coming. The app may tell me that the delivery is on the way and he is infront of the door. Lastly, please try providing a website to order from on lapotps. Overall, its a great app but please improve the mentioned points.

It's my favourite app, however there's a glitch in the app that should be solved, it's not accepting payment by meza visa directly, every time I want to purchase I have to transfer money to the app wallet through the same visa , but not accepting the payments directly I recived your answer which states that mean cards is not supported, which is not logic as iam using the same mega card to add money to my breadfast wallet!!!! this means you are accepting the payment by this card .
